Shipping and Logistics Specialist

Position Summary

The Shipping and Logistics Specialist supports daily fulfillment and inventory operations for New Solutions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant shipment of all pharmacy orders. This position requires a dependable and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining order accuracy, organization, and efficiency across all shipping and receiving functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and approaches each day with consistency, accountability, and a positive attitude. Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must have previous experience with shipping and receiving software.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials to protect temperature-sensitive and fragile items.
• Cross-check all outgoing orders against invoices and packing slips for accuracy.
• Create and apply shipping labels, complete required documentation (bills of lading, carrier forms, etc.), and maintain organized shipment and receiving records.
• Assist with receiving inbound materials and supplies, verifying quantities, updating inventory logs, and organizing shelves or storage areas to support efficient daily operations.
• Support coordination with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant work area. Follow all safety guidelines and participate in daily cleanup and restocking of operational supplies.

Qualifications
