Position Summary
The Shipping and Logistics Specialist supports daily fulfillment and inventory operations for New Solutions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant shipment of all pharmacy orders. This position requires a dependable and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining order accuracy, organization, and efficiency across all shipping and receiving functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and approaches each day with consistency, accountability, and a positive attitude. Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must have previous experience with shipping and receiving software.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials to protect temperature-sensitive and fragile items.
- Cross-check all outgoing orders against invoices and packing slips for accuracy.
- Create and apply shipping labels, complete required documentation (bills of lading, carrier forms, etc.), and maintain organized shipment and receiving records.
- Assist with receiving inbound materials and supplies, verifying quantities, updating inventory logs, and organizing shelves or storage areas to support efficient daily operations.
- Support coordination with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant work area. Follow all safety guidelines and participate in daily cleanup and restocking of operational supplies.

Qualifications
