Gasser Training Center (rear of the IBEW, 626 N. 4th St., Steubenville, OH) from January 5-16, 2026, 9: 00 AM-12: 00 PM and 1: 00-4: 00 PM, except Tuesdays, January 6 and 13, when hours will be 1: 00-8: 00 PM. Application Fee: $35.00 (Credit cards are not accepted).
