We are seeking a high-performing, consultative insurance sales professional with proven sales experience. This role is designed for a seasoned closer who can build long-term client relationships, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and consistently exceed production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business production across Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance

Conduct comprehensive client needs analyses to recommend tailored coverage solutions

Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize client value and retention

Manage and grow a personal book of business with a long-term relationship mindset

Generate referrals through exceptional client service and strategic networking

Educate clients on coverage options, risk exposure, and policy changes
-
Stay current on carrier offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations

Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewals

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
Required

State insurance licenses (P&C and Life & Health) If you do not have a license currently, one must be obtained within 30 days of offer letter.

Proven track record of closing new business

Strong consultative sales skills (needs-based selling, not transactional)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

High level of personal accountability and self-discipline
