Candidates should demonstrate the ability to advise and influence leaders at multiple levels of the organization, possess a strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws, and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is a trusted, consultative partner who exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality and professionalism, and applies business and operational acumen to deliver data-informed solutions. Experience supporting unionized environments, administering collective bargaining agreements, navigating organizational change, and holding an advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is preferred.

- The expected offer for this role is $117,000 – $162,000 annually. Actual base compensation will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
