Storage Clerk

In the role of the storage clerk, you will lease storage space to customers of the rental storage facility.

Duties/responsibilities may include:

• Be willing to work on weekends.
• Having a friendly attitude while greeting customers who visit site location in person as well as call in on the phone.
• Renting units to customers (discussing space availability, rates, rental specials, and assisting customers with selecting appropriate unit size).
• Processing payments.
• Making payment reminder phone calls.
• Walking and inspecting the property daily.
• Some light cleaning duties.

We provide all on-the-job training and are seeking friendly, courteous and customer service-oriented individuals who are willing to learn. We use a simple software that is easy to use and can be taught in minutes.

Pay: $17/hour plus a monthly bonus
All of our employees consistently earn an additional monthly bonus.
