MYSTERY SHOPPER

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mystery shopper to join our client support team. In this role you will combine attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills to assess and assist clients in accessing services that improve their overall quality of life. You will act as a trusted point of contact, providing empathetic guidance, advocating for client needs, and ensuring consistent follow-through on agreed action plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and immediate needs, and create individualized service plans with measurable goals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client interactions, service plans, progress notes, and outcomes
• Perform regular follow-ups and proactive outreach to monitor progress, adjust plans, and re-engage clients who may have disengaged from services

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organization and record-keeping abilities
• Capacity to remain calm and effective in high-stress or emotionally charged situations
