Treasury Management Support

Merchants Bank is seeking an individual to join our Treasury Management Support department in Winona.

This position provides excellent customer service to business customers utilizing Treasury Management products during enrollment and set up, ongoing maintenance, and answering a variety of questions.  Also involves monitoring customer feedback, research, preparing reports, coordinating annual mailings, and serves as a resource for creating policies and procedures.  Will have extensive telephone customer contact on a daily basis.  Must also have strong computer, communication and problem-solving skills.  Treasury Management and call center experience preferred.
